Exchange and return policy


To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, an electronic invoice must be present.

To ensure the highest levels of service, the products at Buqi Store are guaranteed for at least one year, taking care to save the electronic invoice.

We guarantee the customer a refund if he does not receive the product from the shipping companies within 7 working days of ordering it, and the amount is refunded within 15 working days.

We guarantee that the consumer will return or exchange the products within a period not exceeding 7 days from receiving the order if he does not want the product. Provided that the product is in its original condition in the same condition as when purchased with all its accessories.

If the customer purchases a product with free shipping or the shipping amount is reduced, and he wishes to return or exchange the product, the shipping value will be deducted from it both round-trip.

The warranty does not cover misuse due to negligence by the customer.

If the product to be replaced is not available through the website, the customer will be contacted to obtain his permission if he wants another product.

Products that have been opened will not be replaced if it is not proven that there is a manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the terms of the warranty, such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - shocks - the opened product is not in its normal condition - failure to follow... If the product is examined and it turns out that it is under warranty and the defect is found, the customer will be compensated with a new product and Buqi Store will bear the shipping cost. A bill of lading is sent to the customer, and the customer is expected to deliver the product to the shipping company within 7 days from the date the bill of lading is sent to him. The delivery method for shipping companies is agreed with the customer with the customer service team according to the policy of each city and where the product was purchased from. The policy is canceled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company during this period.

Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and was not opened before receipt.

When does the amount arrive if a return is requested?

Knowing that the shipping cost and payment upon receipt fees are completely non-refundable, unless the mistake was made by the Bouqi team.

If payment was made via card, the amount will be refunded via card, and if payment was made upon receipt, the customer will be contacted by customer service to request a bank account in order to recover the amount.



If the customer is late in receiving his shipments from shipping companies within a maximum period of 48 hours, Buqi Store disclaims any responsibility for any defect resulting from the products.

The store will not bear the shipping and return costs unless the customer receives a product other than the product he ordered, or there is a manufacturing defect in the product and it is not misuse. In this case, we will cover the shipping and return costs for free via Aramex.

The replacement product will be shipped within two business days from the date the customer is informed of the product’s condition.
